About Zhao Academy, Inc.

A nonprofit built around accessible education and personalized learning

Zhao Academy, Inc. is a California nonprofit focused on developing and providing accessible educational services, content, and resources — and behaviorally informed support — so every learner can grow with care, respect, and a plan that fits.

We bring together educators, clinicians, and community partners to support children, families, and the people who work alongside them. Our work blends educational access with individualized behavioral support, always delivered by qualified professionals.

We are mission-driven, community-centered, and conservative in our scope — we build carefully and grow only when we can deliver well.

Ms. Zhao

Founder, President & CEO

Ms. Zhao brings more than ten years of experience in education, personalized learning, and family-focused support. She holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Oxford and is a member of the American Psychological Association (APA) — pairing academic rigor with a deeply learner-centered perspective.

Her professional work has focused on designing individualized educational support and working alongside students, families, and educators across a wide range of learning needs and backgrounds. She founded Zhao Academy, Inc. to bring this experience together under a nonprofit mission: making thoughtful, personalized learning support more accessible to the families and communities that need it.

Ms. Zhao believes every learner carries unique strengths and a path that is their own. As founder and chief executive, she leads the organization's mission, programs, and partnerships — working with the board and clinical leadership to maintain clear governance, ethical practice, and genuine care for every family Zhao Academy serves.
